Packaging and delivery
Packagings are included in the price. Delivery is at company’s risk.
Persons obliged to request invoice have to communicate the VAT number and the related information needed for invoicing while ordering.
Right of withdrawal
Right ofwithdrawal is governed by n.21/2014 Legislative Decree, which transposed the 2011/83/UE Directive. You can return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date. Refund will be processed within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal sent by the Customer and received by us.
The item has to be in perfect condition and the shipping cost for the return of the product is Customer’s duty.
Right of withdrawal does not apply to items that cost less than 50 euros and to ebooks.
